New Cross & Deptford Free Film Festival

thumb_nxdfff.logofinalThe first New Cross and Deptford Free Film Festival took place between Friday 27 April and Sunday 6 May.

It was a huge success and will be repeated in 2013.

An exciting and diverse range of film events took place in different venues across the borough of Lewisham.

NXDFFF screened films in some very unusual places including a ceiling, some prison cells and from a 40ft lorry turned mobile cinema.

Events included open-air family screenings, showing mainstream feature films in parks, a community garden, and an adventure playground and film-based discussions on topics of local and global concern.
